Terms - Payment - Cancellation
Payment (check or money order) is due in
advance. Credit card payment can be arranged. If other terms,
such as a Purchase Order, are accepted in lieu of advance payment and full payment is not
made within 30 days a late fee of 2.0% per month will be applied to the unpaid balance.
Any legal or related fees required to collect full payment will be added to the
total amount due.
Class dates are subject to change or cancellation.
Minimum of 4 students required to conduct class. It is our goal to always
hold the scheduled class.
Student / Company
Cancellations must be made ten business days before the first day of the meeting and/or
training class and are subject to a $150 processing fee. No refunds after this
period. Training substitutes or transfers
are permitted without penalty. Please substitute information in writing 2 business days before the

29485. When traveling to visit us, we suggest that you purchase refundable
transportation tickets, such as airline tickets. If a meeting and/or course is canceled,
you will be notified by email, letter or telephone.
No refunds or rescheduled classes
will be provided for no-shows.
RedBird
Corporation reserves the right to provide substitute seminar | training leaders
at their or business associate facilities.
If, for any reason, RedBird Corporation cancels a
seminar, RedBird Corporation assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets
or other travel/lodging costs or expenses. RedBird Corporation will make every effort to
immediately notify registrants of a cancellation.
Registering for Training by Invoice
If you register by invoice, you must pay all balances due 14 days prior to the first day
of the seminar. If payment is not received, your registration will be cancelled and your
seat in the seminar forfeited. After notification of cancellation you may re-register
(accompanied with full payment for the course) if a seat in the class is still available
at that time.
Attendee Substitution
If you cant attend your seminar, you may send a substitute.
Confirmation of Registrations
Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation will be e-mailed to you within 10
business days of receipt. Street address will be used to mail confirmation if e-mail is
not provided. Please do not make non-refundable airline reservations until you receive a
confirmation letter.
U.S. Tax Deduction
Income tax deduction may be allowed for educational expenses undertaken to maintain and
improve professional skills. This includes registration, travel, meals, lodging, and
related expenses. (See U.S. Treasury Regulation 1.162-5)
Dress
Casual business attire is appropriate.
Course/Seminar Hours
All classes start at 8:00 a.m. and end
between 4:30 - 5:00 p.m. Lunch is from 12:00-1:00 p.m.
