Primavera Course P102 - Planning and Scheduling with Primavera P3e

Get started with P3e® through hands-on, basic training. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling while learning P3e®. Scheduling techniques will be covered. This three-day course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion, using the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.

Prerequisite: Fundamental Project Management Training and a knowledge of Windows™
